Terry has been in the roofing industry for over 35 years. Anderson was sought after to solve tile roof problems, eventually researching solutions to frequent structural damage caused by sliding snow and ice. He is a member of RCI, WSRCA and on the technical committee for the Tile Roofing Institute.
Laurie Anderson has been in the roofing industry for 35 years. She has an education degree from Utah Valley University and worked in education for much of her adult life. She is now devoting her energies to improving and building up TRA Snow and Sun.
Jacob has 13 years of experience working with TRA Snow & Sun, and over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. Jacob grew up doing roof repairs and consulting projects with his Father, and company President, Terry Anderson. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah. Married with 5 children, he loves everything outdoors and sports related, and spending time with his family.
Lisa Woods has worked in shipping and receiving for 15 years and has been with TRA Snow and Sun for 9 years. She is loyal and hardworking. Lisa carries out her duties in shipping, receiving, and production with a “Do it right the first time!” attitude. She is very committed to always doing what is best for TRA Snow and Sun. Her expertise range from purchasing, organizing work for production, pricing and arranging shipping.
Gary Heslington’s background in building relationships with customers and vendors will be a major contributing factor in building TRA’s business going forward. Gary has 20+ years of experiences helping to do just that. He has served as a Sales Territory Manager, Purchasing Manager, Quality Manager, plus a Credit and Accounting Manager which gives him a great overall idea of how business works from start to finish. Working in the carbon steel distribution industry, Gary feels very comfortable in the TRA production facility where snow guards, solar mounting, and ventilation and flashing products are made.
Devin is a wife and mother of two. Born and raised in the Four Corners area of Utah, she loves anything to do with being outdoors. Devin has been in the roofing industry for over 15 years, combining working at TRA for over 10 years, and a roofing wholesaler for 5. She obtained a Business Degree in March, 2014 from Western Governors University, and has TRI Certification with a passing score of 100%. Devin is the Inside Sales Manager and strives to work towards TRA’s Mission of not being content to simply be successful, but to strive to set new and higher standards in all that she does.
Travis Glenn started roofing for his father’s company when he was old enough to swing a hammer, which is great for any roofer who calls in with a technical question. He knows your pain! Having run his own company, he knows what it takes to succeed in the roofing industry. Travis has a BA in both Business Administration and German from Weber State University, spending a portion of his last year of college doing a summer marketing internship with SCHOTT AG, a German company.
Ben has been in the customer service industry for many years and loves to sell products that will help the customer. He grew up in the roofing and snow retention business under the direction of his father (President) Terry Anderson. He enjoys hunting, boating, and playing with his family. He is a proud husband, pet owner, & father of a beautiful little girl.
Travis is passionate about designing new things. He is a husband and father of 2 very active boys. His hobbies are bike riding, running and playing with his kids. They all love to go fishing, camping and hiking. Travis has a degree in CAD/CAM Engineering from Southern Utah University.
Scott Washburn brings with him more than ten years of experience in the construction industry focusing on drafting and designing for the past five. He earned an Associate of Science degree from Snow College in Traditional Building Skills. His interests include the great outdoors where he likes to hike and camp with his family.
Connie is very family oriented and loves spending time with her family. She enjoys traveling, camping and gardening and has worked in the finance industry on and off for 20 years.
Bart Dailey comes to TRA Snow and Sun with 32 years of experience working in the energy industry. He has worked in coal production and the oil and gas sectors producing systems for extraction and flow control. He understands the need to supplement current energy needs with renewable forms, and hopes to help implement a complete shift to solar and wind as well as other forms of renewable energy.
As Marketing Director at TRA Snow and Sun, Brandon will be strategically planning, overcoming marketing challenges, working in social media, and taking TRA to the next level in customer outreach. Brandon will oversee the TRA brand, ensuring that TRA Snow and Sun‘s expertise, values, and mission are communicated and properly reflected. Brandon has a marketing degree from Utah State University.
